Shipping charges depends on weight of the products and also destination. At checkout, the system

What is the status of my order? I am still waiting.
You should have received an email with tracking sent to the email address linked to the order.
If you are outside the US and you chose first class mail, this option takes the longest.

What is the return policy?
You may return any unworn and unused merchandise in its original packaging and tags within

- Shipping & Delivery
At this time, THE SNEAKER STUDIO LLC ships merchandise worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

All unworn merchandise will be accepted for return/ exchange within 7 calendar days of arrival at customers address. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will be processed in the form of payment.
No returns / exchanges on discounted or sale merchandise.
No returns / exchanges on custom orders.
No returns / exchanges on Exclusive release sneakers such as Jordans, Foamposites, etc.
